The Credibility Factor: The more you are willing to accept responsibility for your actions, the more credibility you will create for yourself during your career. Giving your soft skills substance on an interview meeting with a potential employer is crucial. What are your soft skills? Relates to a candidates emotional intelligence; the cluster of one’s personality traits. Building your own “credibility” on an interview meeting is a must. You need to demonstrate and articulate the following:
Expert Power- Your ability to influence your interviewer in regards to your
past courses of action of your specific knowledge, experience and expertise.
